Welcome to our unique collection of collectible items. Due to the distinct and rare nature of our products, our refund policy is tailored to reflect their uniqueness:

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

We adhere strictly to the European Union's 14-day cooling off period. Weekends are include in the calculation of the 14 days. This means you have 14 days from the day you receive your item to initiate a return if you change your mind. To begin the return process, please contact us at studiozepps@gmail.com. If you intend to return the scultpure due to damages or issues, please refer to the section "Damages and Issues" in this policy.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

Upon contacting us for a return, we will guide you through the steps to send back your item. Please note, returns will only be accepted if they are initiated within the aforementioned European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period.

No Returns After 14 Days

Please be aware that returns are not possible after the 14-day (weekend include) cooling off period. 

Damages and Issues


Upon receiving your item, please inspect it immediately. If the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please take pictures and contact us right away at studiozepps@gmail.com, so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.
Items are deemed defective if they fail to meet acceptable quality standards, are unsuitable for their intended use, or do not match their description. However, damage resulting from regular use, accidents, or misuse will not render the product faulty. Please note that our items are hand-made and hand-painted, and therefore they may have small imperfections that make them unique collectable pieces. As such, we accept returns or refunds exclusively for critical damages of the product which can't be associated with its crafting process.
Should you receive an item with defects such as missing components, lost parts, cracks, or other types of damage, please contact us at studiozepps@gmail.com. Remember to include photographs of the defect and your order reference for our assessment.
It's important to understand that the replacement of damaged items is subject to their availability. In situations where a replacement cannot be provided, we may offer an alternative item, or a refund in the form of store credit.

Exchanges


We do not accept exchanges for toys which were not damaged as explained in the section above in this policy. You can only return the item you have (within the European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period) and make a separate purchase for a new item.

 

Refunds


After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time (up to 5 working days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
